Programs & Services
The Housing department handles all aspects of housing for the Bonaparte First Nation, meeting the needs of our community by administering a housing program that is unbiased and transparent. We aim to:
- build and provide access to safe, affordable and energy-efficient housing that meets applicable building standards
- develop and administer a house maintenance program that ensures houses are built and maintained to a standard that meets or exceeds federal health and safety standards for health
- extend the useful life of our community’s existing housing stock
- promote homeownership by providing eligible members with access to affordable and competitive opportunities to own their own home
